HOW I SEE ME
A free 3-minute Well-Being Snapshot
Eight questions.
No email required. No mailing list. No personality type waiting for you at the end.
Just a quick look at how you see your own well-being right now.
And then one question you cannot answer by yourself:
Would the people who know you answer those same questions the same way?
THERE’S ONE VIEW YOU CAN’T GET FROM INSIDE YOURSELF
You know yourself from the inside.
You know why you got quiet. Why you kept pushing. Why you said yes again. Why you didn’t have much left that day. Why you’re carrying what you’re carrying.
Other people don’t have all of that.
They have the experience of being around you while you’re carrying it.
You may think you’re just tired.
Someone else may be experiencing distance.
You may think you’re being dependable.
Someone else may be seeing how much you’re taking on.
You may think you’re hiding how depleted you are pretty well.
They may already know.
Neither view is the whole story.
Put them beside each other, though, and some things can start to make sense.
That’s where “How I See You” begins.
The “How I See You” Well-Being 360 combines your own reflection with feedback from up to 10 people who know you across different parts of your life and work.
Not to grade you.
Not to diagnose you.
Not to tell you who you are.
To give you another view.
Why This 360 Is Different
Not a diagnosis. Not a grade. Not a leadership assessment.
Most 360s live at work.
They look at leadership competencies, performance, behaviors, or how effectively somebody is doing a job.
This one starts somewhere else.
With your well-being.
Because your well-being sits underneath a whole lot.
How you interpret what happens.
How you care for your body.
How you carry what you feel.
How you manage your attention and mental load.
What gives your life meaning.
Whether how you’re actually living lines up with what you say matters.
The 360 looks across five dimensions:
Narrative Framing
The stories you tell yourself about what happens, what it means, and what’s possible from here.
Body
Patterns around nourishment, movement, sleep, rest, energy, and how you respond to what your body needs.
Emotions
How you recognize, carry, express, and move through what you feel.
Mind
How you manage attention, mental load, changing information, decisions, and what you need.
Purpose, Meaning & Alignment
What grounds you, what gives your life meaning, and whether your choices reflect what you say matters most.
And not everybody is asked the same questions.
A family member may reasonably see parts of your life that a colleague does not.
A colleague may experience things that your family never sees.
The assessment adjusts based on whether you’re completing your own 360 or serving as a rater. Raters receive questions about things they may reasonably be able to observe.
No single score gets to define you.
Neither does one person’s opinion.
What matters is the pattern that begins to emerge when your own reflection sits beside the experiences of people who know you from different parts of your life.
Sometimes those views line up.
Sometimes they don’t.
Both can tell you something worth seeing.
Who Is This For?
For people who want to see their well-being from more than one angle
The “How I See You” Well-Being 360 may be especially useful if you’re:
- Curious about what other people notice that you may be too close to see
- Carrying a lot and wondering what that load looks like from the outside
- Trying to care for your well-being more intentionally, not just when something starts falling apart
- Interested in the gap between what matters to you and how your time, energy, and attention are actually being spent
- Ready for feedback that isn’t about your performance, personality type, or how well you fit someone else’s standard
- Looking for something more useful than “take better care of yourself”
You don’t have to be in crisis.
You don’t have to be a leader.
You don’t have to work in any particular industry.
You just have to be willing to look.
How It Works
You don’t have to figure out the 360 process as you go.
- Start with your own assessment.
Once you purchase the 360, you begin by completing the assessment from your own perspective.
- Choose the people you want to hear from.
Invite up to 10 raters, not including yourself.
They may be family or close friends, peers or colleagues, people you lead, clients or customers, supervisors or leaders, or other people whose experience of you matters to you.
You’ll receive ready-to-use invitation and reminder templates, along with a tracker to help you keep up with the process.
- Give your raters two weeks.
Your rater response window stays open for two weeks.
You don’t have to chase the process from scratch. You’ll already have the language and tracking tools you need.
- Then the responses become something useful.
After the response window closes, your information is reviewed and pulled together into a comprehensive digital report.
This is not an auto-generated score sheet.
Your report looks for trends, patterns, recurring themes, written feedback, and the places where perspectives line up or differ.
Your completed report is delivered within one week after the rater response window closes.
And it includes a personalized well-being plan so what you learn has somewhere to go.

A Small Look at the Fuller Picture
The value of the 360 isn’t in collecting 10 opinions.
It’s in what starts to show when those perspectives are brought together.
Your report helps you see what repeats, what stands out, where perspectives differ, and what may deserve a closer look.
Sample pages use fictitious information and are shown only to demonstrate the type of reporting included.
“The 360 feedback tool was a game-changer for me, both professionally and personally. At work, it gave me clear, honest insights into how my colleagues perceive my leadership style and communication. That awareness helped me make intentional changes—becoming a more empathetic listener, a more decisive leader, and ultimately, a better collaborator. What surprised me most, though, was how the feedback impacted my personal life. It made me more reflective, more open to hearing tough truths, and more focused on how I show up in all areas of my life. I feel more grounded and connected—to my team, and to the people closest to me. This tool helped me grow as a person.”
“The Well -Being 360 Assessment reflected what I intuitively knew about myself. Reading what close family members shared opened my eyes to appreciate their congruently similar assessments of me. It was comforting!”
“The 360 grounded me at a time when my world was spinning—offering a rare, panoramic view of who I am and how I’m seen. An anchor for me—the grounding point, it uncovered critical insight, culminating in what I believe is the most important soft skill of the decade: self-awareness. It invited mindfulness and clarity to design a plan of action: to grow, to sustain, or to transform. The 360 gave me sharpened tools and the self-awareness needed to spring forward—in due season.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does the “How I See You” Well-Being 360 work?
You’ll complete your own self-assessment and invite up to 10 trusted people who know you across different parts of your life and work. Your raters receive questions based on their relationship to you, so not everyone sees or answers every section. Once the feedback window closes, your responses and rater feedback are brought together into your personalized report and individual well-being plan.
Q: Who can I invite as a rater?
Your raters may include family members or close friends, direct reports, peers or colleagues, clients, customers or patients, and supervisors or leaders. The goal isn’t to fill every category. It’s to invite people who know you well enough to offer thoughtful, honest observations.
Q: How long do I have to collect rater feedback?
You’ll select an available two-week rater window for your 360. This gives your invited raters a clear deadline while allowing you to choose timing that works for you.
Q: How long does the assessment take to complete?
Plan for approximately 20 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you’re completing your own assessment or serving as a rater and which sections you receive.
Q: Are rater responses anonymous?
Raters are identified by their primary relationship to you rather than by name. Because you personally select your raters, however, complete anonymity can’t be guaranteed. You may recognize a particular experience, phrase, perspective, or writing style.
Q: Will I see what my raters actually said?
Yes. You’ll receive the individual responses submitted about you, along with a comprehensive report that brings together scores, patterns, written feedback, recurring themes, and personalized recommendations. Written comments may be lightly edited when needed to protect a rater’s confidentiality while preserving what they intended to communicate.
Q: What areas of well-being does the 360 explore?
The assessment looks across five dimensions: Narrative Framing, Body, Emotions, Mind, and Purpose, Meaning & Alignment. Together, they offer a fuller look at the stories shaping how you interpret your life, how you care for and respond to your body, how you carry emotions, how you manage attention and mental load, and how closely your choices line up with what matters most to you.
Q: Is this a medical or mental-health assessment?
No. The “How I See You” Well-Being 360 is a developmental assessment. It isn’t a medical, mental-health, or diagnostic evaluation, and no single score or comment is intended to define you.
Q: Can an organization purchase the 360 for a team?
Yes. Organizations may purchase multiple individual 360s for team members. Each participant receives their own personalized assessment and report. Contact [email protected] to discuss team purchases.
Q: Do I have to take the free “How I See Me” snapshot first?
No. The free snapshot is simply another way to begin. If you already know you want the fuller picture, you can purchase the “How I See You” Well-Being 360 without taking the snapshot first.
Q: What happens after I purchase?
You’ll receive what you need to begin your own assessment and invite your raters, including ready-to-use invitation and reminder language and your 360 tracker. Your raters have a two-week response window. After that window closes, your comprehensive digital report is prepared and delivered within one week.
There’s what you know from inside yourself.
And then there’s what you may only be able to see when somebody else is standing in the picture too.
