Why This 360 is Different

Not a Diagnosis. Not a Score. A Mirror, With Depth.

Most assessments give you a label. This one gives you clarity. The “How I See You” Well-Being 360 goes beyond surface-level feedback. It invites up to 10 persons in your circle—friends, family, coworkers, direct reports, and leaders—to share how they see you across five powerful dimensions:

  • Narrative Framing – the stories you tell yourself
  • Body – your physical wellness habits and “tells”
  • Emotions – your emotional agility and resilience
  • Mind – your mental focus and decision-making
  • Spirit – your purpose, passion, and values

This isn’t about judgment. It’s about alignment—between how you see yourself and how others see you.

“The 360 feedback tool was a game-changer for me, both professionally and personally. At work, it gave me clear, honest insights into how my colleagues perceive my leadership style and communication. That awareness helped me make intentional changes—becoming a more empathetic listener, a more decisive leader, and ultimately, a better collaborator. What surprised me most, though, was how the feedback impacted my personal life. It made me more reflective, more open to hearing tough truths, and more focused on how I show up in all areas of my life. I feel more grounded and connected—to my team, and to the people closest to me. This tool helped me grow as a person.”

“The Well -Being 360 Assessment reflected what I intuitively knew about myself. Reading what close family members shared opened my eyes to appreciate their congruently similar assessments of me. It was comforting!”
